L'UBA est à la recherche d'un Training Manager pour continuer le développement de son UBA Academy.
Job Content
The Training manager reports to the CEO and is responsible for the UBA Academy (regular trainings to junior and senior profiles on communication oriented subjects). In other words, planning, organizing, delivering and supervising training sessions given by the UBA. This includes the following tasks::
- Identifying , designing and developing training sessions useful for members. This includes identifying key trends that would add value to the training portfolio.
- Amending and revising programs when necessary.
- Organizing all logistics linked to the event (invitations, registrations, venue, catering, ...)
- Delivering the training or identifying and supervising a competent external speaker when necessary.
- Keeping training materials up to date.
- Budget follow/up and responsibility: evaluating the costs of planned programs and keeping within yearly budgets.
- Organizing systematic appraisal and evaluation of sessions by attendees.
- Ad-hoc support to specific projects according to skills and availability.
Skills Required
- Dynamic, professional, solution-minded, committed, curious, open-minded, self-conscious, pro-active, communicative, reliable, honest.
- Experience in training management, strong in multi-tasking, stress-resistant.
- A previous experience in a similar function is highly appreciated.
- Mother tongue French or Dutch, with a strong knowledge of the other language and of English.
