Introduction

We zullen het hebben over waarom innovatie nodig is. Van daaruit zullen strategieën op twee gebieden worden gedeeld a) hoe je je kunt verdedigen tegen creatieve disruptie (een gamechanger), en b) hoe je een gamechanger kunt creëren. 

Innovatie vereist een bepaalde cultuur. We bespreken de belangrijkste drijfveren van cultuur. Naast cultuur is structuur essentieel en het "loonshot" organisatiemodel zal worden besproken. Specifieke aandacht zal worden besteed aan "inzichten en barrières" aan de hand van verschillende case studies.

Verder gaan we in op je persoonlijk leiderschap en hoe je je team kunt leiden met betrekking tot innovatie. Het seminar is sterk gebaseerd op casestudies. We bespreken het "wat" maar - belangrijk - ook het "hoe". Je krijgt concrete tools aangereikt die je de volgende dag al kunt toepassen om je bedrijfsactiviteit naar een hoger niveau te tillen.

  • Hoe je een cultuur creëert die innovatie bevordert.
  • Welke structuren werken. 
  • Hoe je naar de positioneringsmatrix kan kijken en wat je business kan verdubbelen.
  • Hoe je barrières kunt overwinnen die bestaan in het hoofd van je consumenten en klanten en wat er nodig is om hen naar jouw business toe te bewegen. 
  • Inzichten en tools van topbedrijven zoals IDEO, P&G en zelfs de muziekindustrie en rocksterren!

    CEO at Vucastar Consulting

    Peter is an experienced, global senior executive. He is founder and CEO of VUCASTAR Consulting. He is a senior fellow of the Conference Board. 

    He has a long experience in leadership positions. He was CEO of Van de Velde, a listed company active in premium lingerie and swimwear.  Until mid 2017, he was in the C-Suite of Imperial Brands as Chairman of the Operating Committee, Global CMO and President of several Divisions. In 2017/18, he was Senior Advisor with McKinsey. He was Vice President at P&G, where he has held several CEO roles.  

    Peter has worked around the world and has lived in London, Bristol, Geneva, Casablanca, Jeddah and Warsaw.  

    He is an acknowledged expert in leadership, marketing, creativity & innovation. He supports several multinationals in strategic leadership, and on how to create innovation that delivers results. He lectures at Solvay Business School in their executive programs. Recently, he published an acclaimed book, called “True Leaders Deliver”. He writes business articles for ArabAd Magazine. 

    Peter loves martial arts, music and adventure. In his youth, he played support acts for a.o. U2, Echo&The Bunnymen, TC Matic, The Scabs and others. He’s currently musically active as “Paul Numi (>600,000 Streams). He has won loads of prizes for his creative advertising, including a Cannes Silver Lion. He is a Fellow of the UK Marketing Academy.
