Consumer insights of the silver generation

How can you understand and reach the new generation of older adults?

Master Class Dutch

Introduction

The global population is aging. Pessimists refer to it as "the gray tsunami," despite predictions from organizations like McKinsey that over half of economic growth in Western Europe in the coming decade will be driven by those aged 60 and over. That’s why Bureau50 prefers to call it "the silver reservoir."

What will you learn?

In this Master Class, we set participants on the path to tapping into this opportunity. You will get to know the lifestyle, media behavior, needs, and desires of a new generation of older adults. You will learn how to reach, engage, serve, and retain the fastest-growing market potential. Along with facts & figures and do’s & don’ts, we’ll inspire you with examples of campaigns, products, and services from various sectors.

For whom?

An inspiring session for marketers, market researchers, communication professionals, and business developers.

Language

The training will be given in Dutch, and the slides will be in English.
Participants may respond in the language of their choice.
