Main Purpose of the role:
The Brand Manager Pepsi Max & 7Up is the driving force behind leading and executing the brand plans for Belgium. You are the driving force in localizing our epic Pepsi MAX taste Challenge and connect the brand with the next generation. You will work in a dynamic cross functional commercial team with a great passion to make our brands grow faster, stronger & better.
You act as a true challenger setting the new no-sugar norm in the soft drinks category.
You are responsible for our disruptive marketing campaigns such as the Pepsi MAX Taste Challenge, and lead the perfect execution of key marketing initiatives such as digital first media campaigns, scale street activations, new flavour launches, pack redesigns and leverage global partnerships like UEFA Champions League.
You are fully aware of what is going on in your category and are able to translate these into concrete.
You are a key member of a great beverages marketing team composed of 12 team members.
Where you will coach a Junior Brand manager and report into the Marketing Manager Benelux.

Key responsibilities:
• Brand owner Pepsi MAX & 7UP
• Be consumer centric and stay close to the latest trends with Gen Z & Millennials
• Key contributor to the development of brand and media plans
• Lead the perfect execution of key marketing initiatives ensuring project completion on time and on budget;
• Build partnership with creative & activation agencies
• Look for opportunities and partnerships to test and learn fast within digital media
• Know the business and performance of the brand through tracking and analysis and adjust/ develop plans based on this;
• Stakeholder management: you ensure cross-functional stakeholders are informed / aligned and key information is shared with management to support effective decision making;
• Lead internal cross-functional meetings
• Coach and develop a Junior Brand Manager

Key skills and experiences:
• You have a university degree or similar;
• Relevant experience in (FMCG) 360° marketing management (equity, activation & innovation; traditional and new media) (5+ years)
• Strong affinity with Gen Z & Millennials
• Passion for latest digital trends
• You are a pro-active self-starter, entrepreneurial and you have a ‘get things done’ mentality;
• You have strong communication skills, are persuasive and able to inspire and take others with you;
• Team player with strong project management skills;
• Flexible, positive and able to organize, coordinate and manage change under time pressure;
• You are creative, out of the box thinker and problem solver
• Languages: native Dutch and/or French + English
