Roles & Responsibilities
The KPMG Sales & Marketing team consists of marketing and communications, events, business development, proposal advice and client satisfaction next to several employee engagement programs.

Your main responsibilities will be:
- Develop and implement a integrated internal communications plan engaging all employees
- Identify, plan, draft, deliver and measure communications for multiple internal audiences
- Creating key messages, writing, editing and measuring content
- Advise the business on optimal ways of communicating
- Collate, share and act upon feedback from employees
- Liaise with stakeholders from across the business and management to enhance common commercial success
- Develop and ensure a coherent, integrated Media Relations strategy ensuring its message is consistent and engaging
- Develop the firm's media strategy to enhance the firm's external profile
- Manage the relationship with the firm's external PR agency
- Responsible for day-to-day implementation of the media relations strategy
- Deal with media enquiries, developing and maintaining media relationships

Skills & Qualifications
- You have a master degree (or Marketing qualification equivalent) with at least - 8-10 years of experience in a similar role and a relevant business environment
- You are a conceptual and strategic thinker with a holistic view and you are able to prioritize and address key challenges.
- You are a team player and excel in a young dynamic environment
- You are strongly service orientated and capable of adapting your approach towards different situations and stakeholders
- Ability to thrive and be flexible in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Successful track record as a collaborator, multi-tasker and self-starter who exercises discretion and independent judgment
- Exceptional writing, editing and proofing skills

Strong presentation skills
- Very fluent in Dutch. Good knowledge of French and English
- Understanding of a professional services firm activities and organization is a plus
