We've been looking for the right job title for a long time and we still don't know whether we're on the right track with the job title Marketing Manager HR. Some would dare to call it an Employer Branding (Project) Manager, others a Campaign Manager or HR Marketeer. Either way, that's why we need your expertise to determine this with us.

In the increasingly competitive market for attracting talent, we are looking for an HR Marketing Manager/Employer Branding project manager to strengthen our young and dynamic team. As part of the Employer Branding team, you will shape the image of bpost as an employer.

Do you have years of experience as a marketing specialist - in-house or in an agency - for large companies or even in an HR-environment? We think for example of large interim or selection agencies, or job boards where you rolled out campaigns as a marketing expert. Read on because this could be the perfect opportunity for you!


- Flexible strategist: How do we set our brand as an employer in the market and how do we adapt flexible if the labour market demands it? We did this exercise last year, but you will ensure continuity. In order to be able to keep a cool head in situations like the one we know today (covid-19), we expect you to have a clear vision and focus.

- Communicative stakeholder manager: A strategy and vision is fun as long as it is supported by the rest of the organization. You will work across bpost's various departments and have regular meetings with internal stakeholders (including the management team that supports our 15,000 postmen) as well as with the marketing and communications department and external suppliers (creative employer branding agencies). You identify your stakeholders, communicate proactively and create a buy-in.

- Operational centipede: At bpost we are doers and expect our employer branding marketeer to translate the strategy into concrete actions. The facets of digital marketing and search engine optimization have no secrets for you (SEO, SEA, Display ads, ...). Optimizing and seeing where the best return-on-investment comes from gives you enormous satisfaction. Don't worry, you don't have do this alone, you work together with a fellow project manager, but you make the decisions.


We are looking for a strategic, hands-on Employer Branding marketeer who has earned his or her stripes in product placement in a large organization. Do you happen to have knowledge from the HR-sector or how to reach large groups of candidates/prospects/clients, then you are making our dream come true!

Briefly this:

- In order to be able to manage a large organization like bpost it is better to have a few years of experience, ideally we are looking at candidates with 5 to 10 years of experience.

- You get energy from communication at different levels (from postman to management) and can flawlessly translate your strategy into concrete useful examples with tangible results.

- You like to have an impact (the projects you work on have a lot of visibility throughout the entire organization).

- You are analytical and can say what the ROI was for almost every campaign.

- You're Dutch and French-speaking, but given the fact that our recruitment challenges are mainly in Flanders, you'd better be a word artist in Dutch.
