In this role you will be based in Belgium (Zellik) and are taking responsibility over a group of mainly French speaking retail customers and you’re supporting at least one of the top 3 Key Account Managers.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
Responsibility customer performance against set financial targets & executional standards

Deliver customer KPI’s & financials targets
Monitor performance & customer profitability closely and undertake corrective action when/where needed
Demonstrate strong commitment for Diageo’s internal compliance policies
Support Key Account Manager on projects and on customer planning

Develop and execute customer plans to unlock growth opportunities

Identify new opportunities for incremental business and proactively turn these ideas and initiative to action
Implement the customer plans in terms of execution, in close collaboration with BE field sales team


University degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline
A first experience in a commercial role, preferably in an FMCG environment
Solid analytical skills and strong presentation capabilities
Ability to interact and deliver change through different levels
Team player, focus on total team delivery
Fluency in French and English, Dutch is an advantage
