Market Intelligence Expert
As our new Marketing Intelligence Expert, you translate marketing data into actionable insights for internal stakeholders from different departments.

You measure the effectiveness of different marketing efforts and support the local Marketing Director by delivering and presenting locally relevant insights.
You will be defining opportunities and support with implementation of our new brand strategy.

Are you passionate about understanding our distribution channel and the consumer better through data and are you able to represent the voice of the customer and the broker in the organisation? Then you could be the Marketing Intelligence Expert we are looking for!

Voice of our distribution channel and the customer
• Drive and successfully manage XP and NPS programs for both B2B and BtBtC and coordinate programs across all related departments
• You drive improvements into customer & broker insights and the (NPS) measuring environment (Qualtrics). You are able to use these insights, to report them to board members, and to drive improvements for our customers and brokers

Measure the effectiveness of different marketing efforts
• Set up and implement targeting and segmentation models. Liaison with the sales director and distribution effectiveness team to get the operational tactics into our CRM system.
• Drive innovation towards advanced analytics. Google Analytics has no secrets left for you
• Develop digital analytics plan in support of our digital broker experience
• Assist team with the management of the following functions:
o Digital Reporting/Analysis/Monitoring (i.e. creating/maintaining dashboards)
o Web/Mobile Analytics
o Project Management
o SEO - SEA
• You have a good understanding of different consumer research solutions and brand surveys and knowledge of Marketing automation

Defining opportunities and support with implementation
• Implement satisfaction surveys regarding broker XP to measure effectiveness of implemented tools.
• Play active role in driving and implementing changes in strategy and tactics in the area of customer and broker interaction, based on high quality Insights, in cross- functional teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve the Customer retention and work on projects to improve customer satisfaction, engagement, retention and loyalty

Finally, do you have great analytical skills, exceptional organizational skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English? We’d love to meet you!

Desired profile:
• You have a master or a bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Economics or other relevant domain
• You have a critical and analytical mindset. You love to work with figures and to discover new insights
• You are proactive and focus on solutions
• You communicate effectively and are able to build strong relationships with your stakeholders
• You are able to work in a structured way, to set priorities and to reach deadlines
• You are customer oriented and a true team player
• You have excellent IT & Digital knowledge (Power Point, Excel, databases, tools and KPI’s)
• You speak Dutch or French fluently and have a good knowledge of English
