With a wide portfolio in Benelux, in a mature competitive market, and with increased demands from both clients & brand partners, data insight, multi brands programs & standardized processes need to be strengthened to increase return on investment & brand presence.


Work with RC Benelux marketing & sales teams to continue to strengthen & lead the planning process, improve communication from & to the field in terms of insights & selling tools, develop multi brands programs aligning with brand guidelines & delivering.


• Lead actively Sales & Marketing Activity Planning Process (SMAP) between marketing, sales and supply chain RC teams- from planning to communication to the field & to evaluation. Propose recommendations, if need be, to evolve the process based on client’s needs & company’s processes

• Work with brand teams & KAM/FSM teams to provide analysis using different tools & data basis (ie Nielsen..) in order to deliver compelling & actionable insights on assortment, distribution, pricing, promotions, new trends, shopper . Share this information broadly within the organization-adapting the presentation to the audience & focusing on determined categories (liqueurs, gins, single malts, rhums).

• Lead the plan development & manage the budget multi brands programs focusing on off-trade mass retail channel (cavists & on-trade could be at a later stage of development) working with brand managers to ensure brand guidelines & budgets are respected and working with sales team to find win-win solutions for our brands and our clients.

• Lead the development of ecommerce with Benelux perimeter -working closely with Marketing & Sales teams -as well as with priority identified clients & brand owners.

• Be the marketing team key user for the CRM tool (Sales force/Qlik): be the go-to person & the person responsible of training for the all marketing team for all questions/needs relating to the CRM tool. Ensure a balance is found between marketing & sales needs (products, key facts, KPI…). Test standard reports & define with marketing team if other reports needed. Provide standard follow-up on pricing & distribution with key insights.

• Lead with the support of local & global brand teams the development of brand education materials & selling tools (features & benefits, local trade arguments) towards the sales team for key account managers & sales representatives focusing on new introductions. Liaise with supply chain, sales & marketing to ensure product information is available as required to comply to brand owner guidelines, European rules & client data basis.

• With the input of the brand team, in conjunction with marketing director, lead selection & evaluation process of key below the line agencies used for Benelux for off-trade field activations.

• Presents and portrays brands with respect for social responsibility and existing laws or industry code of conduct within Benelux.

University/Master Degree, preferable in Economics or Marketing
About 5 years experience in sales or/in marketing -past experience in FMCG is an asset

First language Dutch– good level in French a plus.
Good level in English (spoken and written)

Mobility and flexibility
The position is based in Brussels, but with national and occasional international travel.
Attendance to events during weekends or/and evenings could be required (5% of the time).
