CRM and Loyalty Analyst

Do you like to work with data analytics to monitor, follow up and recommend actions based on results ?
We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in retail, data analytics, especially from large datasets and is passionate about understanding the behaviors of the many people in Belgium and G-D Luxembourg.

The Customer Engagement & Loyalty Leader will:
• Act as a member of the Marketing team and proactively contribute to marketing plan/output in order to deliver to the common objectives and goals
• Drive data analysis to create insight led local offerings for engagement opportunities across our loyalty clubs : IKEA Family and IKEA for Business Network.
• Drive performance analysis and optimization of local offerings/local loyalty benefits, rewards and engagement across multiple customer groups
• Collaborate with global CRM Hub on data/analytics and performance of all customer engagement activities, and deriving local insights
• Support local stores to develop and improve the quality of their member base, and monitor the impact of their local loyalty activities
• Contribute to the integrated omnichannel executions/output of the function in order to contribute to the business goals
• Be an active player in driving an open and sharing climate, be a role model of the IKEA values, and contribute to the transformation of IKEA
To be successful in your role you need to have a:
• Broad knowledge of customer behavior in relation to loyalty programs and CRM
• Deep knowledge of data analysis
• Broad knowledge of performance marketing measures
• Ability to perform analysis, draw conclusions from customer data and communicate effectively
• Ability to understand the role of CRM, Loyalty and marketing as drivers of growth for the IKEA business
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trustful relationships
• Ability to follow up and measure performance of output and capture learnings to improve planning and performance moving forward
Qualifications for the role :
• Formal qualifications in Marketing, Business intelligence or equivalent
• 2-3 years of experience in data analysis and statistical modelling
• Fluent in English, and at least one additional national language, French or Dutch
• Knowledge of SQL is a must. Knowledge of Python is a plus.
• Knowledge of Google Data Studio/ Looker Studio is a plus or willingness to learn
• Knowledge of PowerBi is a plus.
