POSITION OVERVIEW

 Design and implement the mid-term & annual brand plan in order to achieve the brands objectives of growth and profit
 Lead the development, activation and evaluations of activities for the brand in all channels & for the entire marketing mix
 Partnering with Rémy-Cointreau brand owner team is critical to get agreement on brand objectives, budgets and local marketing plans.
 As a Sr Brand Manager, a strong experience is already needed in brand management.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :

 Formulate local marketing strategies and plans, within the brand global strategies and guidelines : being able to challenge global input if need be

 Drive excellent implementation of the activities through-the-line ( Media, Digital, PR, Events, Horeca, Mass Retail, Specialized retail…) for the brands and conduct systematic & thorough evaluations

 Identify and anticipate consumer, category and competitors trends to propose new ideas that will help move the brand forward in the marketplace

 Define and maintain the brand health indicators that are critical to achieve trademark objectives

 Lead the development of the marketing material and planning of promotional campaigns working closely with all departments (finance, supply chain, sales..)

 Get agreement from Brand Owner team on annual/long-term brand plan (objectives and budgets, and programs) and manage monthly reporting and quarterly meetings

 Build efficient relationships with key internal and external partners, e.g.: sales team, agencies, brand owners… in order to deliver superior execution of marketing plans at best possible costs

 Lead in the development of direct report(s)

 Go to field/trade visits and attend to events/promotions and report

 Presents and portrays brands with respect for social responsibility and existing laws or industry code of conduct (Jury d'Ethique Publicitaire / Fédération des Vins & Spiritueux)

 Education/Experience
- University/Master Degree, preferable in Economics or Marketing
- FMCG’s experience
- Experience (minimum 8 years) in brand marketing / has already some experiences in above the line & below the line.
- Experience in spirit industry a definite plus + but not a must.
- Strong affinity with on-trade and premium brands
- Experience working with an International Brand Owner a definite plus

 Languages
- First language French and/or Dutch, and good level of second language French/and or Dutch
- Good level in English

 Mobility
The position is based in Brussels, but with national and occasional international travel.
