With a wide portfolio in Belux, standardized planning processes must be in place to increase efficiency & multi brands programs can be developed to increase return on investment & brand presence.
Need to partner with 3rd party distributors that distribute Rémy-Cointreau brands in order to ensure brand strategies are understood, P&L monitored & plans well executed.
Ensure to actively participate in developing synergies & sharing best practices within Benelux

 Lead the RC Belux marketing & sales teams to continue to strengthen planning process, improve communication from & to the field, develop multi brands programs aligning with brand guidelines & delivering commercial imperatives
 Manage the relationships with 3rd party distributors in Benelux &develop portfolio growth objectives in terms of turnover, profit, market share and brand image

Trade Marketing /Commercial Planning -BELUX
• Lead Sales & Marketing Activity Planning Process (SMAP) between marketing, sales and back-office RC Belux teams- from planning to communication to the field & to evaluation.
• Lead the development of multi brands programs in off-trade, cavist & on-trade working with brand managers to ensure brand guidelines & budgets are respected and working with sales team to find win-win solutions for our brands and our clients.
• Gather input from marketing, sales & management regarding sales force CRM tool, to align on objectives, agree on priorities & key deliverables & optimize the level of use & input.
Area Manager -3rd party distributors
• Responsible for working closely with 3 third party distributors in terms of monthly forecastings, monthly reporting, quarterly reporting & annual planning (volume, financial net sales, A&P).
• Be able to understand the performance, challenge the distributor & work on solutions to meet company objectives.
• Close monitoring of activities and performance vs targets & key performance indicators.
• Approval & control of A&P invoices from third party distributors
• Support third party distributors in order to meet objectives and brand goals and launch new products/brands.
• Liaise between global brand teams and local teams in the market (customer service, marketing, finance…)

• Build efficient relationships with key internal and external partners in order to deliver superior execution of marketing plans at best possible costs
• Go to field/trade visits and attend to events/promotions and report
• Share best practices when possible

 Education/Experience
University/Master Degree, preferable in Economics or Marketing
Minimum 5 years experience in sales or/in marketing FMCG is only an asset

 Languages
First language Dutch and/or French – good level is required in the 2 languages.
Good level in English (spoken and written)

 Mobility and flexibility
The position is based in Brussels, but with national and occasional international travel.
Minimum: 2 days/month in Netherlands.
Attendance to events during weekends or/and evenings could be required (10% of the time).
