As Customer Relationship Manager you will develop and execute CRM strategy and policies in cooperation with Go to Market (segmentation, development campaign, targeted and personalized communications and campaigns …) as well as the campaigning team (click into the end to end consumer messaging mix). Your goal is to bring the CRM approach to the next level in personalization and digitization while ensuring incremental sales.

(1) Based on the yearly Marketing and Commercial plan, formulate and implement guidelines, procedures and standards for a targeted omni-channel approach and a future proof segmented/ personalized strategy per segment, in order to realize the defined objectives in an effective and efficient manner

(2) Based on the Go to market framework and end to end consumer messaging mix (campaigning), develop and implement a targeted customer communication approach, on an individual or segmented basis in order to activate customers (retention, loyalty and development )

(3) End-to-end development and execution of targeted promotions based on customer insights, to activate customers (retention, loyalty and development )
Attract, motivate, manage, evaluate and develop team members, in order to create an environment where all employees are empowered and engaged and to ensure optimal quantitative and qualitative staffing.

(4) Initiate projects in the area of CRM in line with the projectplan and deliverables, in order to ensure the realization of projects on time, within budget and according to agreed objectives

(5) Collect, provide and analyze relevant data on a periodic and ad hoc basis, as well as compile management reports, in order to make results measurable and provide management with timely, accurate and reliable information

Your profile
Master degree economics with passion for retail
Minimum 8 years professional experience mainly in CRM
You are fluent in Dutch, French & English
Analytic & process minded
You have a previous experience in change management (and are obviously open for change)
Experience with KPI driven campaigns
Sales driven & customer centric
You love details while not losing the helicopter view & long-term view
You already managed a team before & are ready to escort a young team to the next level
