We are looking for a Communications project manager, on a permanent contract.


As a member of the Public Engagement department, the Communications project manager will play a crucial role in the planning and implementation of the key projects, including major campaigns. We are searching for a skilled project manager able to coordinate the development of communications tools and campaigns within tight deadlines and budgets.

Your role

- You analyze and understand the objectives and the target audiences of the projects.

- You build communications strategies for key projects and campaigns (choice of media channels, messages, content).

- You provide clear briefings to the internal (teams) and external clients (agencies, suppliers).

- You set up efficient and realistic planning. You supervise project budgets.

- You coordinate resources: organize internal and external resources, ensuring integration, collaboration, cost effectiveness and the highest standard of quality.

- You communicate: in collaboration with the Public Engagement team, you oversee the multi-channel external communications related to your projects (above and below the line).

Your Profile

- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication or Public Relations.
- Proven minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position
- Skilled in project management
- Experience in managing budgets
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
- French or Dutch is your mother tongue and you have a good command of the other; you have a good command of English
- Good knowledge of the digital communications field
- A team player with leadership skills
