As Digital Brand Manager The Netherlands, you define, translate and implement the digital strategy and content, in order to fully deploy and activate the Dutch market. You are the owner when it comes to adopting and implementing the international digital strategy and make sure our digital impact is tracked and reported so we are always on top of things.
You are based at Alpro Breda, and report directly to the Marketing Manager The Netherlands.

Your responsibilities:

- You detail and implement the international digital strategy and content based on a good understanding of the local marketing needs and translate them into the local digital plan.

- You do this in close collaboration with the local and international marketing teams and with local partners (agencies, copywriters, etc.). You build long term partnerships with them, in order to achieve the agreed channel targets.

- You instruct the International Digital Media Buyer in executing the plan, and assume full responsibility for monitoring, tracking and evaluating the full paid media process on a continuous and ad hoc basis through evaluating and sharing performance and learnings by using analytical tools, in order to ensure the optimal use of paid media sources and achieve the media targets as defined in the digital plan.

- You evaluate and optimize the effectiveness of the developed digital activations by using several analytic tools (Engagor, Google Analytics, internal scorecards, etc) and propose recommendations for improvement.

- You are accountable for keeping up to date and monitoring all materials in terms of content, legal obligations..., in order to ensure an optimal and up-to-date consumer-centric marketing website.

- You work in close collaboration with our conversation manager to manage and track all digital conversations, both proactively and retroactively.

- You act as an expert in digital, you understand how digital is contributing to the total marketing plan and you facilitate the cooperation between local and group level. Furthermore, you inspire your team colleagues and spread insights considering digital marketing within the team.

- You take active part in the international Digital Taskforce meetings and cooperate closely with the international digital team in delivering input for new content development, process optimization and tool evaluation, as well as in detailing the international digital strategy in line with local marketing needs. Doing so, you increase overall digital performance.


You hold a Master Degree in communication, marketing or business.
You have at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in managing digital projects, by preference in digital B2C (FMCG) marketing activations
You consider yourself a digital native
You are hands on and open to combine both strategic and operational work (update the websites, follow-up of translations, dig in Google Adwords, …)
You are a conceptual but also pragmatic thinker with strong analytical skills
You are an expert in analytical online tools and reporting (Goolge analytics, Adwords, MS Dynamics CRM, Engagor, etc.).
You are fluent in Dutch and English
