Worldline is looking for a manager who will be heading the team of campaign demand generation managers. You will work closely with members of the Sales & GoToMarket teams to execute campaigns and build the sales pipeline required to achieve the company’s revenue goals. You will constantly improve lead management, lead scoring, email marketing and nurturing programs. You get energized thinking about excellent campaigns and the processes that support them. You are results-oriented, enthusiastic and have a minimum of 3 years as a power user or Marketing Automation platforms (Actito, Hubspot, Eloqua, …) and CRM tools (Odoo, Salesforce,…)

You will be reporting to the marketing director Worldline Belux


 Responsible for achieving objectives by directing a team of campaign demand managers for the BELUX market
 Responsible for the personal development and growth of a team
 Help plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns, maintain the company’s marketing automation system, implement lead management best practices, and measure performance to drive qualified sales pipeline, including inbound and outbound and nurthuring
 Manage external partners and agencies
 Manage key marketing systems, including marketing automation and CRM, to drive KPIs and effectively report on the marketing funnel, from capture to close in target accounts
 Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements; draw up an annual budget for campaigns; plan expenses; analyze deviations; and initiate corrective measures. Benchmarking and negotiations with main suppliers. Budget management

 Master’s in Marketing, Economics, or equivalent through experience
 At least 10 years’ experience in team management and campaign management. Extensive campaign
expertise in traditional outbound communication channels (e-) direct mailing, advertising, etc. and at least 3 years’ experience in demand generation (social, content, inbound, etc.)
 Solid experience in B2B demand generation
 Experience with marketing automation software: Odoo, Actito, Hubspot or other tools
 Understanding of the latest best practices with regard to SEO/SEM, Display ads, Facebook ads, Twitter ads and LinkedIn ads.
 Outspoken personality with strong convincing skills
 People management (listen, coach, and develop)
 Result-driven and customer-driven
 Analytical skills (targeting, customer profiling, campaign reporting, dashboarding)
 Budget management

 Excellent communication and presentation skills (NL, FR, EN)
