As Int. Sr. Brand Manager, you take the lead in the development & roll-out of our international B2C integrated campaigns. You support key initiatives for the brands on a variety of channels (above the line, below the line, experiential marketing), ranging from TV to digital to shopper in order to ensure the effective implementation of the brands’ and the company’s communication and content strategy.

In this position, you are based at Alpro HQ (Ghent), and are part of our Divisional Marketing Brand Equity team. You report directly to the Int. Sr. Communication Manager and have a direct report, the Int. Jr. Brand Manager.

Your key responsibilities include:

- Communication Strategy & Development of our Alpro brand on a global scale:
You drive profitable growth for a defined scope of brands (eg Alpro), you build the International Marketing Campaign plans and optimize efficient use of resources.
You work very closely with the Local marketing teams to ensure that brand plans meet local market needs and requirements.
You ensure an optimal implementation and amplification of the brands programs with the local markets towards our consumers and shoppers.

- Communication development: you are the custodian of the brand
You lead the long term brand and communication strategy for the Alpro brand and are recognized as the brand owner towards all internal and external stakeholders.
You develop –local and international- fully integrated campaigns on different touch points (ATL/BTL/Experiential Marketing), starting from a clear and tangible consumer/shopper insight.
You coordinate the involved –internal and external- stakeholders from briefing and concept development to execution and production covering multiple markets, channels, categories and products, in order to successfully implement integrated communication campaigns.

- Alignment and knowledge transfer:
You spar with the local Marketing Managers and build in local insights and local business relevant information for the build up of content.
You advise the local digital, media and experience marketing and sales teams in the domain of marketing communication and integrated campaigns.
You collaborate with the divisional marketing teams (Marketing Directors, Products Managers, etc.).
You spar with our connections team to develop optimal content for all channels in the user journey

- People Management: you guide and coach an Int. Junior Brand Manager.

About You:
You hold a Master Degree in Marketing, Communication, Economics, etc. or equivalent through experience.
You have a minimum 7 years of brand equity, brand marketing and/or content creation experience.
You have experience in marketing, managing communication projects, both Above The Line and digital, for B2C brands in benchmark companies. Experience in an international branded context is a plus.
Experience with audiovisual, digital content development (website, social media, etc) is a must. You are a digital native or have strong affinity with digital marketing. Experience with Google analytics is a plus
People management experience is a strong plus.
