Main activities of the Campaign Manager:

- The campaign manager role is part of the Campaign team of Worldline Merchant Services.
- The team is responsible to define and implement marketing campaigns to support business objectives in term of awareness, acquisition, up-sell/cross-sell, retention and loyalty. We deliver our campaigns on both off-line and online channels: advertising, fairs, events, direct (e)-mailings, SEA, - Social, Inbound & Content Marketing, Marketing automation

As Campaign Manager:

- You define a campaign plan to support a defined objective by proposing the right channels and messages to reach your audience
- You define the end-to-end customer journey/campaign scenario
- You coordinate the campaign project from briefing to reporting with all the parties involved (internal stakeholders, communication agencies, ….)
- You work with campaign expert to select the right people to address
- You implement the campaign when needed in marketing automation tool: HTML emails (loading, update or creation), webform creation, creation of the automated scenarios
- You are measuring campaign performance with the support of campaign expert

Profile:

- Master in economics, marketing, communication, digital
- 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing communication, campaign management
- You have a first experience in working with databases, campaigning/marketing automation tool
- You are able to work in both national languages
