- IDENTIFY & UNDERSTAND key drivers and barriers of category consumption and purchasing behavior;
- ASSESS company’s ability to exploit value drivers/ barriers
- ASSESS business opportunities – size of the prize of each value driver/ barrier
- DEVELOP brand and channel priorities per value driver/ barrier
- CONDUCT brand audit/continuous market understanding (brand measures, competition, media, and consumer behaviors).
- Create with CMI actionable insights
- IMPLEMENT actionable insights
- CREATE brand vision, positioning & strategy on a 3y scope, integrating full recommendation of brand and category analysis. Highlights and evaluates the risk and opportunities and recommends how to deal with.
- TRANSLATE vision & strategy into an annual marketing plan with clear Must win battles
- DEFINE new innovation funnel and range architecture
- ENSURE consistency of brand communication across all communication channels and consumer touch points
- DEFINE brand KPI’s, measure & evaluation, propose and implement corrective actions
- DRIVE and LEAD cross functional collaboration between marketing – trade marketing & sales to guarantee fully aligned and integrated plans
- EXECUTE, EVALUATE corrective actions of marketing plan
- MANAGE & BE RESPONSIBLE of brand P&L and ATL-BTL investments
- IMPLEMENT fully integrated brand communication and specific creative’s for Digital/ Social and CRM
- SHARE responsibility with customer marketer on quality of execution
- BE RESPONSABLE of brand building promotion: concept, budget, analyses and evaluation (trade marketeer responsible for execution)
- COACH and DEVELOP direct reports
- BE KEY PILAR and source of inspiration for future generation
- LEAD by example
