The Proximus Smart Advertising Team is part of Proximus and is covering both the Skynet Sales House activities and the addressable tv initiatives. The Skynet Sales House is selling digital advertising space on well-known brands such as,,, Voetbalkrant,… and is a key player in video advertising with partners such as Dailymotion , Proximus 11TV etc..

In terms of addressable TV, the Smart Advertising team is commercializing this solution towards the tv broadcasters and is promoting it to the media agencies and advertisers to increase demand and indirect sales.

Job Description

The Smart Advertising Team is looking for a Sales Team Manager who will be responsible for the commercial operations of the Skynet Sales House and the evangelization (indirect sales) of the addressable TV solution to the market. You will be managing a team of more than 5 people.

- Develop plans and strategies for growing business and achieving the company’s sales goals.
- Manage sales pipeline and assume results & revenue responsibility of the team
- Be a ‘hands on’ manager that is out selling with the team
- Build a strong sense of collaboration within the team
- Focus on team management; coaching, development and mentoring to drive success
- Providing the sales team support throughout the sales cycle
- Be in contact with heads of media agencies and top advertisers
- Evangelize addressable TV solutions to the market and increase demand for this product
- You will report to the head of Smart Advertising department.


- You are in possession of a higher degree
- You have 2 to 5 years of experience in a same position in the media or communication sector (digital or TV).
- A TV sales experience is a strong added value
- You show leadership by being proactive and taking ownership of your work; you often come up with new ideas to improve our service quality
- You are customer and result oriented, and you have a proper sales attitude.
- You have creative and negotiation skills and you are able to present in a structured and convincing manner.
- You speak French, Dutch and English.
