Position Overview
In a world where Health & Wellness is no longer an “emerging” trend, expanding our Stills portfolio (Chaudfontaine, Aquarius, Honest, Fuze Tea & AdeZ)) to broaden the choice we offer our consumers in Belgium, is a strategic priority. This role is designed to build stills brand value and brand love. The Senior Brand Manager will be accountable for translating the long term stills portfolio approach into concrete brand strategy & plans to drive revenue growth. This role will manage a portfolio of still brands and future innovations, reporting into the marketing manager.



Key Responsibilities
Develop the annual brand plan for the portfolio of brands and deliver on its targets in an autonomous way
• Extract, analyse and interpret market, shopper, consumer and brand health data resources autonomously & use these to define right strategies and/or fine tune existing plans (based on performance tracking and competitive environment)
• Define the right brand strategy & plans and be the key integrator for delivering these together with the Media, experiential marketing & Digital managers as well as Commercial & Shopper Teams.
• Define choices & manage marketing investment allocation for the respective brands.
• Develop & Champion the brand marketing plans locally with the Bottler:
o Lead the communication process and routines to engage the bottler
o Pilot amplification and execution in points of sale by building over proportional System commitment (Other KO areas and Bottlers)

Work closely together with the other relevant stills markets & BU Marketing team to ensure we leverage its scale & collective expertise:
• To be an active member of the brand community in identifying consumer insights and helping create winning consumer strategies that deliver against consumer and company destination.
• Import best practices from other territories and export learnings and best practices from Belgium & Luxemburg

• Fluent in Dutch, French & English

Education: Master’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience: At least 5 years´ work experience, ideally in an international, fast-paced matrix environment.
