Our Consumer Experience (CX) department is looking for a new colleague to complement us, maybe that’s you!

In this role as CX Communication & Analytics Manager, you will be the driving force to standardize and improve the communication efforts towards different stakeholders. You analyze all consumer insights (VOC) to develop and implement internal and external communication strategies and campaigns to enhance a customer centric mindset in the organization and in the Volvo retailer network.

You have a marketing/communication background and experience in developing communication flows, data quality improvement programs and GDPR.

You will use your experience to develop and implement effective communication strategies that enhance the brand awareness, build customer loyalty programs, improve the customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

In this position you will work closely together with the Marketing, PR, Commercial and Digital department to identify opportunities, new ideas and needs and develop effective communication procedure for various situations.

Are we a match?

Given you will be responsible for the communication in our national sales company, the person in this role needs to keep the overall overview of communication projects throughout different channels and target audiences and needs to place consumer experience at the heart of everything.

We believe you come from an academic background, with a Master’s degree within a related field with approximately 5 years of work experience in retail, preferably from consumer goods.

You have previous experience in CX Communication, Marketing and PR.

Finally, you are digital savvy and are fluent in Dutch, French and English.
