In order to strengthen its Communication team, Cofinimmo is looking for a new

Corporate Communication Officer (M/F)


The Corporate Communication Officer will join the Communication Team. This team’s mission is to strengthen Cofinimmo's image outside the company, in accordance with the strategy and the objectives, under the responsibility of the Head of External Communication.


As Corporate Communications Officer, you will be co-responsible for external stakeholder communications & reputation management.

Your tasks will include the following:
• Contributing to the overall development and execution of Cofinimmo’s communication strategy with regards to external stakeholder communications and reputation management.
• Co-responsibility, in the team, for the coordination and end delivery of Cofinimmo’s Annual Report.
• Identify, create, manage, and follow up on opportunities to improve Cofinimmo’s visibility towards various external stakeholders (storytelling, thought leadership, social media, specialized press, visual communication, events…).
• Contribute within the team, and in good collaboration with the Investors Relation team, to quarterly financial results communication and press releases related to acquisitions.
• Contribute, together with the Head of, to the positioning of Cofinimmo’s CEO, Exco members and experts as opinion leaders through different communications initiatives (speeches, presentations, opinion articles, podcasts,…).
• Manage and follow up on communications partnerships & sponsorships agreements and opportunities.
• Work together with HR on internal communication projects.
• Acting as back-up spokesperson.

• You have minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar corporate and/or external communication role.
• You have preferably an experience in the real estate sector or in the financial sector.
• You are an experienced project manager with an eye for detail and planning.
• You possess strong presentation and written communication skills.
• You are a digital savvy and at ease with media and design tools.
• You are proficient in French, Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• You are able to build a strong internal network in no time.
• You have a team-oriented work style, you are pro-active, stress resilient & flexible.
• You are a communications all-rounder who does not hold back in helping support fellow team members in busy periods.
• You can work autonomously within established procedures and practices and combine recurring and non-recurring tasks.
• Has a broad perspective of problems and is resourceful in finding solutions
