As Digital Fundraising Officer, your mission is to maximize the potential of our supporters by implementing and monitoring the digital strategy of the Fundraising Department.

What does it mean for you:
• You Implement, track, and optimize the digital marketing/fundraising campaigns (SEO/SEA, email, paid social media and display advertising,..).
• You identify new digital fundraising opportunities, innovative ways of creating and sharing content.
• You implement continuous improvement by using the technology trends and performance analysis of all digital actions (Customer experience, marketing campaigns,..)
• You Manage the implementation of new tools (CRM, marketing automation,…)
• You Select and drive media agencies and other external service providers.
• You Manage the digital Fundraising budget

Who will you work with:
• You will join our Fundraising Department composed of 7 people (1 Fundraising Officer, 1 Supporter Service Officer & 1 Coordinator, 2 Philanthropy advisors, 1 Data Analyst & the Fundraising Director). Have a look at our website for a sneak peek at your future colleagues.
• You will report to the Fundraising director

• You are passionate about the safeguard of our natural world and willing to use your digital skills to support our mission
• A relevant degree (Digital Marketing) would be a asset, but a proven track record of success in a similar position would be as relevant
• You are able to move mountains thanks to your marketing mindset, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Your analytical and innovative skills are the keys to unlock our best digital fundraising potential.
• On a more technical note, your proficiency with Social Media (SEO/SEA, content creation,..) & Data Analytics will be a key to the success of the department.
• You are fluent in French or Dutch and have a good command of the second language. English is the main communication language at WWF Belgium, you must then also have a very good command in the language of Shakespeare.
