For the development of the Digital Hub, WWF-Belgium is looking for a Digital Content Producer.


You will be joining the Digital Hub of WWF-Belgium composed of 4 people and you will report directly to the Digital Hub Lead.

Your role:

 You will be responsible for the development of our Social Media Marketing strategy
 As a digital producer you will participate in the content production of our advocacy and fundraising campaign

 Develop our social media strategy and content strategy for community growth, engagement, and fundraising
 Write compelling stories in French, design impactful visuals for our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
 Produce inspiring content formats to feed our different channels (publications on social, videos, podcast, quizzes, landing page) and measure their effectiveness with google analytics
 Analyze the data and monitor the results of our social campaigns (organic and paid), implement regular optimizations to maximize online engagement
 Create ads on socials and interact with our media agency on our advertising strategy
 Participate and follow up on digital campaigns to raise funds or raise brand awareness with a wide range of techniques including paid search, social media and email marketing
 Work collaboratively with the digital hub members and participate in other exciting digital projects (ex : new webshop in 2023)

Your profile:

 Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or digital content production
 Excellet level of French, good knowledge of English & Dutch
 You have good writing and storytelling skills
 You can create visuals with Adobe Photoshop or Indesign
 You have a strong sense of creativity, able to think ‘out-of-the-box’ and propose innovative ideas
 You have good organizational skills and strong project management skills
 You have knowledge in digital tools and platforms such as Asana, Canva, Google Analytics, Agorapulse, Unbounce, Google tag Manager, Good ads, Search Console, SEM rush…
 You enjoy working in a team

We offer:

 A part time contract (50%) for one year starting in January 2023
 Freelance/Independent status
 A flexible working environment adapted to COVID restrictions: either from home with all the ad hoc IT equipment, or in our pleasant office in the heart of Brussels, easily accessible by public transports
