Your role
As Fundraising Officer, you will be supporting an ambitious growth strategy by managing the acquisition of new donors via the Face-to-Face recruitment (Door to door, street and instore recruitments). You will coordinate our external providers and their actions on the field. You will analyze and report on the performance of our actions.
You identify innovative ideas, develop and coordinate concepts, actions & products in collaboration with the partners (Face-to-face, telemarketing, ..).
You define and monitor the annual budget for your different channels.
You analyze the results of the actions through indicators and KPI’s. You identify areas for improvement and adapt the plans to achieve financial targets.
Thanks to your presentation skills and your marketing mindset, you will build strong pitchs for our partners to bring on the field. You will regularly give trainings to our ambassadors and bring convincing power in our messages.
You build and maintain good relationships with our providers, you also challenge them when needed.
Your Profile
A degree or advanced degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
2 years + experience in the field of Fundraising or Marketing. An experience in Face-to-face is a real asset.
You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and French with a good command of English.
You have a Marketing mindset, capable of engaging your audience through solid arguments whether based on abstract content and/or your analytical skills.
You are a team player and flexible. You are willing to go out into the field to brief and coach our recruiting teams.
You are constantly looking for areas of improvements, you can easily adapt in a changing context.
You have a passion for the future of our Planet & for Nature.
