We are now looking for a top new colleague as:

Partnership Development Manager

With the objective to create a renewed commercial dynamism in its indirect sales approach, Black Tiger is looking to recruit a Senior Partnership Development Manager. You will engage and develop relationships with Consulting firms, Data & analytics companies, IT integrators, Web developers, Software builders, etc. in order to propose Black Tiger’s Value Proposition and our portfolio of solutions with focus on data quality and data management solutions and services as add-ons that will serve their customers in their quest for better customer engagement. You will help partners to sell our portfolio of solutions and make sure they have the appropriate materials to do so.

In close collaboration with the rest of the Sales team and the Marketing team, you will lead and manage the indirect sales channel and ensure its complementarity to the direct sales channel.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• You will need to develop the new Business development and Operational management partner plan of Black Tiger in order to create a new indirect sales strategy, as well as develop the specific Value Proposition for the various actors in our partner landscape.
• You build, maintain and manage sound relationships with current and prospective commercial partners like Consultancy firms, Data & analytics providers, CRM integrators, IT consultants, ERP software vendors, Web-builders and IT integrators.
• You facilitate growth by helping to identify new business opportunities and help partners to sell Black Tiger solutions and services to their existing or prospective clients. Main focus lies in Data Quality, Analytics, Data management and especially Black Tiger Belgium’s growth bet: our Master Data Management Platform.
• You negotiate partner agreements including remuneration schemes
• You work out co-marketing plans, as well as training plans
• You define order processes and assure correct follow-up with the Service Delivery team
• You work closely with Marketing and Sales departments;
• You will report to the Commercial Director Qualifications:
• You have a university level degree or equivalent through experience;
• You have 3-5 years of relevant experience in partner management, preferably in the Belgian Online, CRM, Web or IT industry
• You like networking, are an ambitious entrepreneur and have commercial instinct, you have a commercial mindset with preferably an IT background, as well as good data and marketing practice insights
• You have an analytical mindset and you can think strategically with your partners.
• You demonstrate your drive and passion every day and are used to developing and building long- term relationships;
• You have a good level of stress resilience and are used to complex partnership environment
• Your structured and project approach work method help you to achieve optimal results
• You are an assertive and driven communicator. You have excellent presentation skills
• You are fluently trilingual (Dutch, French & English).
