Your tasks and responsibilities
In this role, you will lead the field sales team of 4 sales representatives and manage our important key accounts : a challenging combination with a focus on growing your team and driving sales for our Consumer Health department with great brands as Supradyn, Bepanthol, Canestene,…in Belgium.
Major tasks and responsibilities :
* Prepare and implement yearly sales plan with the objective of achieving the specified business strategy and achieving the agreed sales targets by channel and/or account
* Lead budget planning and forecasting for all customer/channels assigned on annual basis (sales volumes and values)
* Analyze, evaluate and report developments within the market and formulate appropriate proposals to develop growth opportunities or potential risks and prepares action plans when applicable
* Manage the performance of field sales team and support to develop productive team culture and working environment; identify talents and develop them for more senior positions
* Plan and implement sales to assigned major accounts
* Establish & maintain strong relationships with all customers understanding the customer needs, developing and maintaining multiple contact levels within each organization
* Support implementation of BCH Customer Excellence framework in BeLux, by supporting work-stream leads and/or by leading one of the work-streams

Who you are
• Master in the field of Marketing/Sales
• At least 5-8 years of sales experience ideally in OTC and FMCG; marketing experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills with a clear customer focus and a positive attitude
• Strong leader with the ability to lead a team of divers people and to develop talents
• Analytical and strategic mindset
• Full proficiency in Dutch, French & English
