With a wide portfolio in Belux, in a mature competitive market, and with increased demands from both clients & brand partners, data insight, multi brands programs & standardized processes need to be strengthen to increase return on investment & brand presence


 Work very closely with RC Belux marketing & sales teams to continue to strengthen & lead the planning process
 Develop & share category insights to drive category management projects as required
 Develop multi brands programs aligning with brand guidelines & delivering commercial imperatives.


• Lead Sales & Marketing Activity Planning Process (SMAP) between marketing, sales and back-office RC Belux teams- from planning to communication to the field & to evaluation. Propose recommendations to evolve the process based on clients needs & company’s processes.

• Lead category management projects as required & aligned between Marketing & Sales Directors, based on strong market/clients/shoppers/brand insights.

• Lead the development & manage the budget of multi brands programs in off-trade, cavist & on-trade working with brand managers to ensure brand guidelines & budgets are respected and working with sales team to find win-win solutions for our brands and our clients.

• Work with brand teams to provide top line trends analysis & promotional data analysis (Nielsen, Publi Info, IWSR) to field sales & key account teams in order to support the sales team in preparation of their clients meetings (business reviews, negotiations, promotional analysis, new products….).

• Be the marketing team key user for the CRM tool: gather input from marketing, sales & management regarding sales force CRM tool, to align on objectives, agree on priorities & key deliverables & optimize the level of use, input & reporting. Be the go to person & the person responsible of training for the all marketing team for all questions/needs relating to the CRM tool.

• Build efficient relationships with key internal (sales, supply chain, finance & accounting, brand management) and external partners (agencies, brand partners ..)in order to deliver superior execution of marketing plans at best possible costs.

• Go to field / attend to on-trade & off-trade clients meetings and share internally & broadly learnings, best practices & action plans

 Education/Experience
University/Master Degree, preferable in Economics or Marketing
Minimum 8 years experience in sales or/in marketing FMCG is only an asset

 Languages
First language Dutch and/or French – good level is required in the 2 languages.
Good level in English (spoken and written)

 Mobility and flexibility
The position is based in Brussels, but with national and occasional international travel.
Attendance to events during weekends or/and evenings could be required (5% of the time).
