Junior Brand Manager - Schweppes
The Junior Brand Manager will assist the Senior Brand Manager in developing the Schweppes brand on the Belgian market. He/She will be responsible for Schweppes Selection for the Belgian market. The Benelux marketing team consists of brand activators (brand managers) who are all experts of amplification and experts of their local market, consumer & shopper.

Main Accountabilities:
You will support the Schweppes Senior Brand Manager in executing the BE Marketing plans for our n°1 brand Schweppes :
- Implement consumer plan : ATL and BTL communication plan, in close collaboration with the media and activation agencies & with Suntory mental availability department.
- Implement shopper plan with Trade Marketing and Visibility teams.
- Implement new products launch plan.

You will analyze consumer and market data (Nielsen, GfK, Validators & Business Intelligence reports) to create a strong understanding of the Schweppes brand and soft drinks universe.

You need to be a team player; align well with functional counterparts such as European Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales, Finance & Supply Chain.


Needed Competenties:
- Master degree in Business, Economics, Sales and /or Marketing
- A first experience in marketing FMCG is an asset
- Experience in analyzing Nielsen and GFK data is an asset
- Project Management
- Good time & priority management, to handle several projects at the same time, with different stakeholders.
- Proactivity & autonomy
- Strong analytical skills
- Team player
- Fluent in Dutch & English, French is an asset.
- Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
