UBA heeft 4 topsprekers rond dit thema kunnen samen brengen: Veerle Deroo, Talent Attraction Officer van Microsoft Europe, Tamara Eelsing, Diversity Manager bij STIB-MIVB, Marie-Laure Jonet, Diversicom, en Alexandre Roba, Editorial Manager Références.

Na een inleiding verzorgt Veerle Dero een keynote over hoe Microsoft D&I omarmt in een andere benadering. Hierna volgt  een case study van STIB-MIVB. Alexandre Roba sluit de sessie af door in te gaan op de uitdagingen in communicatie.
