Program - Day 2

Session Data & technology - Nicolas Filatieff

Data management is a strategic lever for optimising your marketing campaigns. But how can you collect and use this information effectively? In this session, we will cover the fundamentals of CRM: why and how to collect customer data, which information is essential, and how to structure it.

We will analyse different scenarios based on available data: identification (customer details) and knowledge (behaviour and interests). Next, we will explore the most suitable tools: CRM, CDP, DMP, and Data Platform. You will leave with a clear understanding of the right solutions to make better use of your data and refine your marketing strategy.

Session Media - Matthias Langenaeker

Paid media remain one of the main ways for brands to reach their target audience. As part of a comprehensive approach to achieving sustainable growth, media remain essential. However, this media landscape is constantly evolving.

In this session, we will discuss the state of the media and how consumers engage with certain media in Belgium. These analyses will lead to some key conclusions that will genuinely impact the media choices you make.

We will explore the possibilities in terms of targeting, channels, and formats. Then, we will aim to equip you with the tools to use them in the most relevant way based on your brand's objectives. We will look at how to activate the knowledge gained from previous sessions by using the many channels now available.

We will also observe how the media work for your brand, how you can measure their impact and what you need to do to get the clearest possible picture of your brand's performance, both strategically and practically.
