They interview and screen candidates and present the most suitable people to you. A fee is only charged when the person is actually hired. No cure, no pay. When the freelancer is hired, The Maffia does not take a margin on the daily rate. They work with a Finder's Fee.
What is my benefit as a UBA member?
Most recruitment agencies work with a margin on the freelancer's rate. The Maffia works with a Finder's Fee. On average, the Finder's Fee is €25 per day. UBA members do not pay the Finder's Fee for the first month of the assignment.
