The Consumer & Market Insights Exchange Community primarily targets CMI, Research, and Insight professionals. Depending on the topic of the session, it is also relevant for marketing and communications managers.

What can you expect?

The Exchange Community CMI sessions provide a platform to learn, inspire, and share practical insights in the fields of consumer, shopper, and market insights.

As a kickstarter and source of inspiration, experts in this field deliver presentations on the latest methodologies and trends, both in B2C and B2B contexts. Since AI is a real game changer in all aspects of research, significant attention is also given to this topic. Past sessions, for example, have focused on:

  • How to deal with the challenges regarding the quality of online research panels?
  • What are the possibilities and limitations of generative AI for research?
  • How can we revisit innovation research, also considering AI?
  • How to address challenges related to (measuring) customer satisfaction?
