The board

The daily management is carried out by a team of experienced staff. They are supported by the members of the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors.

The Executive Committee

The Executive Committee is composed of the president, the Dutch-speaking and French-speaking vice-presidents, and the treasurer. The CEO and COO attend all meetings.

The Board of Directors

The Board of Directors consists of a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 35 directors, who are appointed for a term of 3 years. The composition is discussed at the annual General Assembly.
