What are the key trends in FMCG & Retail according to NIQ, YouGov & the National Bank of Belgium?

During the Exchange Community Research Panels, NIQ and YouGov will present the latest insights from their panels and data. This session also offers a look at economic and socio-demographic developments in Belgium.

English Exchange Community

Introduction

What is the current impact of inflation on consumer spending? What trends are emerging in the FMCG sector? How are suppliers and retailers adapting to the 'new' reality of 2025? How successful are some of the new players in the Belgian market? What are important economic and demographic trends for optimising your future strategies?

Based on their panel data, NIQ (retail data) and YouGov (householdpanel data) will each share their insights on the key developments of the year. The research department of the National Bank of Belgium presents the most important insights into the socio-demographic and economic developments we are facing (including the impact of the international environment and the tariff issue).

As always, we aim to provide participants with fresh perspectives. Don’t miss this opportunity to gain new insights and ask your questions to our speakers.
