Introduction

During this course on the art of persuasion, you will discover the essential techniques for positively influencing those around you at work. We'll look at tried and tested methods for persuading your colleagues, convincing your boss and winning over your business partners through effective communication. 

What will you learn?

Using concrete examples and real-life case studies, you will learn how to structure your arguments in a logical and persuasive way, how to use the power of emotions in your communication and how to adapt your message to suit your audience.  

This workshop will also give you the keys to anticipating objections and responding to them with confidence. Practical cases and interactive exercises will enable you to apply the concepts you have learned and receive personalized feedback to improve your skills.

For whom?

For anyone who wants to learn influencing techniques.

Language

The training will be given in English and the slides of the presentation will be in English as well.
Participants may respond in the language of their choice.

    Tom Broquet

    With a master’s degree in finance from HEC Liège, Tom is driven by a people-centred, entrepreneurial vision. He is convinced that sustainable business progress starts with the growth of the individuals who make up an organisation. After an initial experience at a consulting firm, he co-founded and led a company in the renewable energy sector for three years. Today, as a corporate consultant and trainer, he supports teams on topics such as persuasion, communication, time and priority management, and project management.
