OGSM is de afkorting van: Objectives, Goals, Strategies, Measures. OGSM is een strategisch businessplan om één A4 op te stellen waarin het senior management zijn visie voor het bedrijf op korte, middellange en lange termijn formuleert als een antwoord op vier grote vragen: Wat is onze bestemming? Hoe zal het eruitzien als we onze bestemming bereiken? Hoe komen we op onze bestemming? Hoe weten we dat de gevaren koers de juiste is?

Bedrijven kunnen een OGSM gebruiken als een wegenkaart om strategieën te bedenken, te hanteren en te verspreiden.
