Een kaarsje branden is geen betrouwbare marketingstrategie. Als je communiceert, dan weet je best vooraf tegen wie je praat en waarom die persoon überhaupt zou malen om wat je te vertellen hebt. Zo’n klantgerichte aanpak vermijdt dat je op goed geluk een campagne opzet en op een schietgebedje rekent om je doel te bereiken.
