Global Strategy Director at Ogilvy Social.Lab BelgiumBased at the Brussels headquarters, Awie first joined Ogilvy in London in 2007 before moving to Ogilvy Cape Town, where he held various roles across Ogilvy’s advertising, digital, social and PR practices for a full decade. In 2018, Awie relocated to Brussels to join Ogilvy Social.Lab, where he now leads a dynamic team of 21 planners working across a diverse portfolio of global, regional and local clients.
His first love remains digital and social strategy, fuelled by a strong appetite for innovation. Over the years, Awie has proudly contributed to numerous award-winning projects, including Cannes Lions & Euro Effies.

Senior Customer Engagement Planner at Ogilvy Social.LabCaitlin champions customer-centricity as the foundation for crafting impactful brand communications. Her approach revolves around uncovering actionable insights throughout the customer journey, seamlessly bridging digital and real-world touchpoints to address complex challenges and deliver tangible value for both clients and their customers.
She joined Ogilvy Social.Lab in Brussels, Belgium, in 2020, spearheading Customer Engagement and Social CRM initiatives.

Emmanuel van den Brûle
Strategic Planner at Ogilvy Social.LabBased in Brussels, Belgium, Emmanuel has been contributing to Ogilvy Social.Lab since February 2018, with a one-year hiatus in 2022.
Over the years, he has developed social and digital strategies for retail (Carrefour) and furnishings (IKEA), as well as integrated strategies for national and international brands in sectors such as automotive (BMW, Ford, Toyota, Lotus Cars), confectionery (Mondelez), and public institutions. His portfolio also includes experience in B2B campaigns (Nespresso, Ford Pro).
