Introduction

We weten dat alsmaar meer merken investeren in hun duurzame transitie. We weten ook dat veel consumenten daar met een kritisch oog naar kijken. Duurzame campagnes maken we zoals we ze ook voor gewone producten maken. En dat werkt niet zo goed. Minder dan tien procent (9,7%) van de 100 duurzame campagnes die we hebben getest, blijken geloofwaardig te zijn. Het helpt natuurlijk niet dat 59% van de campagnes een of meerdere kenmerken vertoond van greenwashing. De vraag hoe we wel geloofwaardig communiceren over duurzaamheid dringt zich op.
