Het toenemende gebruik van AI in de marketing- en communicatiesector, met name in contentcreatie, verbreedt niet alleen de mogelijkheden, maar brengt ook juridische implicaties en ethische uitdagingen met zich mee.
De juridische kaders die gepaard gaan met het gebruik van AI in marketing zijn complex en moeten zorgvuldig worden overwogen om te voldoen aan zowel ethische als juridische normen, waaronder: 

  • Risico's waarmee rekening moet worden gehouden (gebruik van deepfakes, gebruik van de stem van een overleden persoon, ...)
  • Wettelijke vereisten in verband met AI in marketing en reclame (intellectuele eigendomsrechten, persoonlijkheidsrechten (beeld, stem, ...), aansprakelijkheden, ...)
  • Ethische uitdagingen verbonden aan het gebruik van AI
