Succesvol zijn door strategische keuzes te maken & de organisatie richting te geven. OGSM – Objective, Goals, Strategies, Measures - is een methodiek die je leert een business- of marketingplan te maken dat wél werkt. De methodiek werd intussen al wereldwijd succesvol toegepast door heel wat organisaties zoals NASA, P&G, Coca-Cola, ...

Wat zal je leren?

  • Wat doe je vooraf (advanced): van Business & Market intelligence tot POWERSWOT 
  • Meerjarenplannen: door Transformation Mapping (3 tot 5 jaar) 
  • Cascadering met één of meerdere niveaus in je team: bedrijfsplan, afdelingsplan en persoonlijk plan  
  • Priority matrix exercises: OGSM is not saying YES to all the things you can do or have to do. OGSM means saying NO to the 100 other good ideas there are. Van Junk over Low hanging fruit naar Home Runs en Big Bets 
  • Vergeet Balanced Scorecard: Opvolging met (eigen of cross-departementale) teams met  4D: DOEL Door DOEN Dashboard 
  • OGSM & Leadership: de 7 pitfalls  

Voor wie? 

Deze sessie richt zich op marketeers met ervaring, met (al dan niet gedeelde) langetermijnvisie-verantwoordelijkheden, die direct reports aansturen of meer en complexere verantwoordelijkheden hebben.

    Business Marker at Business Markers

    Ides Ticket is the Managing Partner of Business Markers Belgium, a strategic consulting firm. He began his career as an Assistant Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble. In 2000, he joined The Coca-Cola Company, where he held roles such as Marketing Manager for Coca-Cola TM and Business Development Director. He later became General Manager at MTV Networks.

    Today, he supports both SMEs and multinational organisations in the operational implementation of their strategy, positioning, internal branding, and customer experience management. He drives transformation within organisations by combining strategic-conceptual thinking with hands-on execution.

    Beyond his daily role, Ides is a highly sought-after speaker, advisor at Vlerick for their KMO Excellence/Challenge programmes, guest lecturer at various universities, strategy trainer at IFBD, and member of multiple advisory boards.
