Brainstorming techniques

How to boost your creative abilities with effective brainstorming techniques?

Master Class French

Introduction

"Creativity is intelligence having fun," according to Einstein. There is no strict divide between those who use their left brain and those who use their right brain—everyone has the potential to develop creativity at work. It is a skill that can be cultivated, just like any other!

How can you generate a maximum number of original ideas in a short time? How can you train your brain to break free from its routines?

Join this interactive workshop to explore the golden rules of creativity, practical tools, and handy tips. Bring your own project and leave with a concrete action plan!

What will you learn?

This training has three key objectives: to effectively frame a problem (half the battle!), to explore a maximum number of creative possibilities, and to converge towards one impactful idea.

You will leave with a refined creative idea and a concrete action plan. Using the "diamond" creativity model, inspired by Design Thinking, you’ll gain essential tools to spark new ideas and bring them to life.

During this session each participant in this interactive workshop (little talk, lot of sweat!) will:

  • Overcome unconscious mental barriers that hinder creative thinking.
  • Identify two brainstorming techniques tailored to their challenges.
  • Practice group facilitation processes that enhance creativity.
  • Apply two idea selection methods to transform insights into action.

For whom?

This workshop is designed for anyone involved in managing innovative projects (R&D, CMI, marketing, etc.) who wants to break free from routines and bring more creativity and stimulation into their work and meetings.

Language

The training will be given in French, the slides of the presentation will be in English.
Participants may respond in the language of their choice.

    Trainer at Progress Consulting

With several years of experience in project management and training, both in Belgium and internationally, Alexandra Prijot supports organizations and their teams in becoming more efficient, collaborative, and impactful. Her background, which has led her to work with NGOs in Asia as well as large organizations in Belgium, allows her to navigate diverse and demanding environments with ease.

Certified in team coaching, she leverages this expertise to facilitate collective intelligence. She designs and leads collaborative workshops and structured brainstorming sessions, helping groups generate ideas, align their visions, and turn their reflections into concrete actions.

Creative, enthusiastic, and positive, Alexandra adapts easily to a wide variety of audiences and cultures. She uses a broad range of tools, including design thinking, group dynamics, and communication techniques, to create interactive and engaging learning experiences.

Alongside her professional activities, she has a strong artistic sensibility: she is the author of a novel and co-wrote a cookbook with her brother. This dual approach, both structured and creative, enriches the way she supports individuals and teams.
