‘Sales leadership 2.1’ is een intensieve en inspirerende workshop rond leiderschap & coaching in sales. Een recente studie van de Belgische Sales Management Association (Nov 2020) toont aan dat verkoopsleiderschap, maar ook de juiste sales enablement tools steeds belangrijker worden. Sales professionals verdienen de juiste coaching en training; en om succesvol te zijn, dient men zich te omringen met de juiste tools. Jan zal in zijn workshop o.a. Sales Performance Management, Time Management en Alignatie met Marketing bespreken. Ook de toenemende prijsdruk en de zoektocht naar relevantie en differentiatie komen in zijn verhaal aan bod.

De juiste (sales)koers varen is van zeer groot belang in deze zich zeer snel veranderende wereld, waar technologie, duurzaamheid en digitalisering een grote rol toebedeeld krijgen. De kracht bestaat er dan ook in het juiste verkoopsleiderschap neer te zetten en uit te dragen.
