Introduction

De mogelijkheden van data zijn oneindig. In welke context ook. En dus ook in de marketing. Maar met grote macht komt grote verantwoordelijkheid. Omdat de data die we gebruiken afkomstig is van mensen, ons meer vertelt over mensen en het gebruik ervan een impact heeft op mensen, moeten we zeker zijn dat wat we doen juist is. Waar trekken we de lijn? Mogen we blind vertrouwen op onze wetten, wanneer de technologie veel en veel sneller evolueert dan onze wetgeving? Gelukkig bestaat er nog een andere manier om de lijn te trekken tussen wat wel mag en wat niet: ethiek.

In deze Master Class leert u:

  • De 5 verwachtingen van de consument
  • Hoe die verwachtingen op dit moment worden ingelost
  • De problemen die blijven bestaan

De ethiek van vandaag is de wetgeving van morgen. Deze opleiding zal u helpen proactief te handelen, en zodoende een concurrentieel voordeel te verwerven op uw concurrenten die een meer afwachtende houding aannemen.

    Florent Diverchy

    Marketing Intelligence Manager at Produpress

    Florent spent 19 years at Bisnode, the European leader in data marketing, where he developed into a true expert in digital marketing.

    Following the rebranding of Bisnode Belgium to Black Tiger Belgium, Florent broadened his scope to explore data ethics and regulatory frameworks.

    He now serves as an ambassador for the Belgian-American Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the European Commission’s expert panel on the use of new data sources for official statistics.

    Alongside this, Florent plays an active role in education as academic coordinator and lecturer at ECS Supdeweb in Brussels.
