What is the Digital Benchmark?
The Digital Benchmark is a detailed report on digital media investments, produced by UBA and UMA. It includes data on the net advertising spend of participating agencies and advertisers. The report covers various digital formats such as display, online video, paid social, SEA and DOOH, and provides an overview of how digital is integrated into the media mix of 44 economic sectors.

How to participate?
Participating is easy:
- First log in.
- Answer two simple questions about the way you purchase online media.
- After completing the questionnaire, you will receive an email with a link to the Excel form.
- Download the Excel form and fill it in with your digital media spending.
- Send the form to Fidelius: send the completed Excel file directly to Fidelius, our external partner who guarantees the confidentiality of your data.
Confidentiality assured
- You send the completed Excel file directly to Fidelius (studie@fideliusgdw.be), a bailiff, who ensures full confidentiality.
- Fidelius consolidates the data into a final report.
Who should fill out the Excel file?
The person within your organization who has the necessary information. This is typically the person responsible for the media buying budgets, particularly for digital media.
