Introduction

Revenue Growth Management (RGM) is the discipline of generating sustainable and profitable growth in a customer-oriented way through a range of strategies related to assortment, promotions, condition management, and pricing.

Over the years, Simon-Kucher has developed an RGM framework that includes the following 8 levers to provide the best possible support to players in the consumer goods sector: Consumer Pricing, Pack Price Architecture, Promotion Excellence, New Product/Innovation, Route-to-Consumer, Trade Terms Management, Active Mix Management, and Marketing Spend Effectiveness.

This training is delivered by professionals from the field of strategic consulting, in a short, interactive half-day session, with advice and golden rules illustrated through concrete and relevant examples.

    Antoine Methens is a Senior Manager at Simon-Kucher’s Brussels office and has five years of experience in the consumer goods sector. He leads B2C projects in Belgium and is a member of Simon-Kucher’s Consumer Goods & Retail practice.

    Antoine holds an engineering degree and completed the CEMS Master’s in International Management at the Louvain School of Management.

    Cécile Michiels

    Senior Manager at Simon-Kucher & Partners

    Cécile Michiels is a Director at Simon-Kucher’s Paris and Brussels offices and has over eight years of consulting experience, focusing on revenue growth, profit optimisation and growth strategies.
    She has worked globally on both international and local projects across the consumer goods and retail sectors.
    Cécile holds a degree in civil engineering from the Université catholique de Louvain (UCL).

  3. Peter Speltinx

    Peter Speltinx

    Partner at Simon-Kucher & Partners

    Peter Speltincx is a Partner at Simon-Kucher’s Brussels office. He has more than 20 years of consulting experience, having previously held roles at Roland Berger, L'Oréal and Procter & Gamble.

    Peter leads B2C projects in Belgium and is a member of the firm’s global Consumer Goods & Retail practice.

    He supports leading consumer goods companies in sales and marketing topics, ranging from growth strategy and strategic pricing to optimising commercial conditions, portfolio strategies and other Revenue Growth Management areas.

    Peter holds a degree in Business Engineering from the Solvay Business School.
