Change management

How do I get my people on board in a change process?

Master Class Dutch

Introduction

Organizations are continually evolving. Change is a constant, and this applies to all departments, especially our marketing teams. The digital transformation increasingly demands new skills, and the role of a marketer is changing every day. While some of these changes happen almost unnoticed, there are moments when announced changes can suddenly send shivers down our spine.

Where does that reaction come from? How do I personally deal with it? And how do I guide my team through these necessary moments of change?

The central theme of this Master Class is the human aspect. By becoming more aware of what happens in the human brain during change processes, we gain a better understanding of the subtle tools we can use to navigate or lead through change.

What will you learn?

  • You will learn to recognize the emotions that come with change, understand where they come from, and why listening to these emotions is crucial for achieving the change you envision.
  • You will be introduced to several methods that will help you personally manage change by making a shift in your mindset. Once you master these methods, you can also use them to guide your team members.
  • You will receive an overview of the key "best practices" that you should keep in mind when implementing change in your organization. Even if the change is organization-wide, these best practices will enable you to contribute, think along, and actively participate in its successful rollout.

For whom?

Do you want to better understand what change is about and why it triggers resistance? Do you want to break through existing situations and start working on change within your organization? Are you eager to discover how your own attitude can contribute to this process?

Language

The training will be given in Dutch, the slides of the presentation will be in English.
Participants may respond in the language of their choice.
