The tools used today (Marketing Automation, CRM) are no longer sufficient to achieve this level of hyper-personalization. There is a need for a Modern Marketing Platform with capabilities to:

  • centralize all data points (in real-time).
  • apply Machine Learning & AI logic.
  • set up end-to-end campaign orchestration and reporting.

In this training, we will walk you through the different components of a Modern Marketing Platform (CDP, DMP, Data & Analytics Hub, DCO) and explain how these components work together and can be used to become a data-driven marketing organization.
